After 20 years of featuring a well-known musical artist as the cornerstone of the event, the S*T*A*R*S Committee has decided it will recognize and honor three indivudlas that have made an impact on our community by honoring: the Physician of the Year at Saint Joseph and Saint Joseph East; as well as a Community Volunteer.
